Your first meeting with an ICS TotalCare Account Executive is in many ways a fact-finding
mission for us. We endeavor to understand how your business operates, what your objectives
are, and particularly how you and your customers communicate. The concept of cookie-cutter
level designs is inadequate for today’s organizations who rely on speed, precision,
connectivity, and reliability. The differences in products may be small enough to generate a
huge operational or functional change that can deliver improvements throughout an
organization. So our goal is not entirely to obtain your inventory, but to determine the building

Our Account Executives will make arrangements for follow up technical surveys (as required),
and potentially a one-to-one design session to show you live product solutions and how they
fit. This is a great way to determine a final design, and to meet the ICS TotalCare Support
team.

The next step is a TotalCare Solution Design that incorporates all of the collaborative
elements necessary. This is provided to you in hard and/or soft copy in a methodical, easy to
understand format. Our Solution Designs cover all of the normal product pieces, but more
importantly, the puzzle is solved by inclusion of our installation, training, and support
commitments so that you have a completely clear picture.
